When I boot XP, for about the first ten minutes of use I will receive a flurry of "USB Device Not Recognized" notifications, and when I try to click through the driver/device finder no adequate solution can be found. All of my USB ports are functional. Is this a problem with my OS or just some sort of hardware anomaly?

Hi, You may be best checking 'Device Manager' to see what items have explanation marks, to see what is causing the issue.
